Guarantee on Health
To the best of our knowledge and belief, the puppy you have just purchased is in excellent health. We guarantee your
puppy for 12 months. Should a hereditary defect develop within the first 12 months and be to such an extent as to make
the puppy unsuitable as a pet, we will replace the puppy. The original puppy must be returned to us with all registration
papers, health records and a report from a reputable veterinarian stating the nature of the defect, and the extent. To
qualify for this guarantee, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 3 days.
We are not responsible for any fees of charges incurred. If a puppy is found to be unsatisfactory at the initial exam, a
full refund will be provided, and the puppy must be returned to us.

General Terms and Conditions
     A. If you qualify for a replacement, you can choose a new puppy when one becomes available.
     B. We will not be responsible or guarantee any illness or injury that may be caused by improper
   care of treatment by the owner.
     C. We make no guarantee you will be able to show or breed this puppy, these puppies are pet
   quality only.
     D. We do not guarantee against parvo, corona, coccidias, giardia or mites.
     E. If you are returning a puppy for a replacement, you must return any registration papers.
     F. We have provided information showing health care and treatment while in our care. You and
you vet may rely on this information.
     G. We are not responsible for any payments of veterinarians fees for exams, drugs, x-rays, or any
      other treatments.
     H. In the event of the death of your puppy, at your expense, you must provide us with an autopsy
    report from a licensed vet stating the positive cause of death
     I. We do not guarantee the size, color, or markings of you puppy when full grown.

Registration
     A. In the event that the litter registrations are not back from the kennel club, they will be mailed to
     you as soon as we receive them.
     B. Your puppy is registered with __________________________________.
     C. We are not responsible for any registration fees required to register you puppy.

Deposit

You have put a deposit in the amount of _______________ for the above puppy. In the event of death or serious injury
to the puppy, or for any other reason, we are unable to sell this puppy to you; the deposit will be fully refunded. Or
transferred to another puppy.
In the event that you choose to cancel the purchase of the puppy for any reason, the deposit will be non refundable.
